Better decisions come from ground truth. Every engagement is a way to surface and optimize business value and to turn that into something you can act on.

Today, I work with clients in two primary ways: I help them plan and reorient their business to create and capture value from AI, and I lead and build specific technical AI solutions.

In every case, I work with companies to dissect their business models and look for core areas where AI has strong returns on investment. I bring software tools that can diagnose and deliver value immediately, as well as build custom solutions once we agree on the levers of value we want to support and automate.

In every role I have held, I succeeded in building a stronger bridge between business objectives and technical outcomes. I bring a diverse toolkit:

I built HighRoad, a startup building AI solutions for deal screening and pipeline management in private equity and credit, focused on commercial real estate. I’ve turned that traction into an ongoing consulting practice within that industry while expanding my focus as I’ve found repeated problems and widely applicable solutions.

In particular, I’ll call out my AI ROI solution, a software product I built to turn your organization’s AI chats into an organized set of tasks which I use to link AI spend to value, optimize the most routine tasks, and create room for significant cost reductions without lost value.
